
The Collection of Research Papers of the National Mining University (https://doi.org/10.33271/crpnmu, ISSN 2071-1859 (Print), ISSN 2521-6635 (Online)) has been published since 1999 by the decision of the Academic Council of the Dnipro University of Technology (USREOU code: 02070743, ROR organization identifier). The publication frequency is 4 times a year.
The scientific journal is registered with the National Council of Television and Radio Broadcasting of Ukraine. Decision No. 1876 dated May 30, 2024. Media identifier: R30-05088.
The journal is published and peer-reviewed in accordance with the requirements for scientific professional journals of category “B” in which the results of dissertations for the degrees of Doctor of Technical Sciences and Doctor of Philosophy may be published within the cluster Industrial and Construction Technologies, Logistics, Transport by specialties:
G2 – Environmental Protection Technologies
G11 – Mechanical Engineering (by specialization)
G16 – Mining and Oil and Gas Technologies

The purpose of the “Collection of Research Papers of the National Mining University” is to create a professional scientific platform for disseminating the results of fundamental and applied research in the field of technical sciences that contribute to the development of mining and oil and gas engineering, environmental protection technologies, mechanical engineering, construction and civil engineering to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals. The publication is aimed at ensuring high-quality communication between Ukrainian and foreign scientists, integrating domestic technical developments into the global scientific community and supporting high standards of academic integrity in accordance with the requirements of international scientometric databases.
The main objectives of the Journal are:
- Ensuring high scientific quality: conducting independent review (double blind peer-review) with the participation of leading experts in the relevant field to select innovative and relevant scientific papers.
- Adherence to publication ethics: monitoring compliance with academic integrity principles (prevention of plagiarism, fabrication, and falsification) in accordance with the COPE guidelines.
- International visibility and integration: enhancing the journal’s presence in leading scientometric databases and constant increase in authors’ citation rates.
- Promoting open science: ensuring unhindered open access to scientific content (Open Access) and mandatory use of DOI identifiers for each publication.
- Advancing interdisciplinarity: highlighting research in mining and oil and gas technologies, environmental protection technologies, construction and civil engineering, and mechanical engineering to address critical challenges of modern industry.
- Support for human resources: providing opportunities for scientific degrees candidates (PhD and Doctor of Science) to publish their research findings in accordance with the requirements of the relevant professional journals, including free publication of individual articles by third-level graduate students (postgraduate students).
Publication of scientific articles for state-funded postgraduate students is free of charge. This policy applies exclusively to manuscripts prepared by the applicant independently (without co-authors) that have successfully passed peer review and comply with the principles of academic integrity. To exercise the right to free publication, the author must provide documents confirming their status to the editorial office.
The journal allows the author to archive (deposit) the final version of the article (Author’s Accepted Manuscript - AAM) in the institutional repository where it is available via open access, ensuring maximum visibility and impact of the publication.
