ABSTRACT
Purpose. Determination of the influence factors on the choice of technological schemes for mining titanium-zirconium deposits and their systematization for development of a complex choosing methodology of resource-saving technology.
Research methodology. For the selection and systematization of influence factors on the choice of a technological scheme at the mining of flooded titanium-zirconium deposits, analysis and systematization methods were used. To establish the influence connection between factors on the choice of technological mining schemes and criteria for evaluating their effectiveness, the analytical method was used.
Results. The carry out researches allow to establish that the factors affecting on the development of flooded titanium-zirconium deposit can conditionally be divided into two groups: managed and uncontrolled. It is also established that uncontrolled factors divided on natural conditions and the location of the pit site, and managed – on the creation of a development project and decision-making.
Scientific novelty. For the first time, a systematization of factors influencing on the choice of technological schemes for the development of flooded titanium-zirconium mineral deposits has been performed. The difference between proposed systematization and the known ones is that all factors were divided into groups of managed and uncontrolled with establishing relationship between them.
Practical value. The results of the carry out researches allow to conclude that today the selection of the technological scheme for the development of the flooded titanium and zirconium deposits is based on the assessment of technical and economic indexes and does not take into account the indicators of resource conservation and environmental protection. It also established that subgroups of managed factors: project development and decision-making are interdependent and change during design project until a final decision when determined the benefits of a certain technological scheme of pit mining.
Key words: surface mining, influence factors, systematization, flooded deposits, mining technology.
